These terms cover Lens, a new digital membership supplied by Harmonic Futures Pty Ltd (ACN 688 599 537; ABN 88 688 599 537), Queensland, Australia.

1. The service

Lens explains how different groups understand important issues and shows the sources it uses. Lens is not a news service or a service that certifies facts. It does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Lens separates evidence, claims and explanations, but it does not promise that its content is complete or free from errors.

2. Founding membership

The founding membership costs A$12 per year and renews each year until cancelled. Lens is an experiment. Its format, frequency and features may change as we learn. We will not increase the founding price for a continuous founding membership without your agreement.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time by emailing support@zakgov.com from the address used at checkout. Access continues until the end of the paid period. If Lens does not deliver a paid issue within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. These terms do not remove rights that the law protects, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Acceptable use

You may read and share links or short parts of Lens when you name Lens as the source. You must not publish complete paid issues, collect large amounts of content automatically, sell access, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

5. Other services

Lens links to sources provided by other organisations. Those organisations control their own content, availability and privacy practices. A link shows where information came from. It does not mean that Lens supports every statement made by that source.

6. Liability

Where the law allows it, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made only from Lens content. Where the law allows us to limit a legal guarantee, our responsibility is limited to providing the service again or paying the cost of doing so.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Queensland law governs these terms. Courts with authority in Queensland may decide disputes about them.
