Privacy

This notice explains how Harmonic Futures Pty Ltd uses personal information for the Lens experiment.

What we collect

If you ask for the next free Lens, we collect your email address and the page where you joined. We also record a small set of actions. These are a page view, reaching the sample, choosing a view, opening a source, sharing Lens and opening checkout. We record these actions with an anonymous browser number, a session number, the referring page and a campaign name. We also record the country provided by our hosting service and the language setting from your browser. We store the numbers in your browser so we can understand visits over time. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not identify your device, build an advertising profile or store the text you read.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout, payment, billing and receipt information under its own privacy terms. Lens does not receive or store your payment card details.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide Lens, manage memberships, answer support requests, protect the service, understand whether the product is useful and meet our business and legal duties.

Service providers and locations

OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers host the product. Stripe processes payments. These providers may process information in Australia, the United States and other countries where they operate.

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep signup and membership records only for as long as we reasonably need them to provide the service, measure use, keep accounts, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. You can remove the anonymous Lens number by clearing this site’s browser storage. To unsubscribe, request access or correction, or ask a privacy question, email support@zakgov.com. Do not email payment card details.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise complete security.
